Local Group Manager for Windows
Overview
In some instances Windows will start the application without administrator privileges. The LGM for Windows app is setup to require this elavation in permissions (the reasoning being that it is required by the OS if you want to edit security groups).
By default, the application should ask you if you want to run as an admin when it starts.
Resolution
Right click on the Local Groups Manager for Windows app and choose 'Run as Administrator'.
